Employee development
We challenge and promote our employees in equal measure. We jointly define objectives for personal development during regular employee appraisals. If it becomes apparent from these meetings that the employee requires further vocational training, or needs to attend a training course or seminar, APROVIS takes care of this.

Trust-based working hours
We do not have a time-recording system, but instead value mutual flexibility. Of course, there are core working hours at APROVIS during which a contact person needs to be available to our customers and business partners, but it is not usually a problem to schedule a important private appointment during working hours in consultation with a superior.

Work-life balance

Sport and promotion/management of health in the workplace
