Service agreements
- With a maintenance or service agreement from APROVIS, you can keep your system ready for operation in the long term, extend its life cycle and minimise downtimes. Preventive maintenance safeguards your investment by helping to maintain the value and efficiency of the system.
- As part of a service agreement, our scheduling team will contact you to arrange an on-site maintenance appointment.
- A maintenance agreement also extends the warranty period for selected components – giving you added peace of mind for your APROVIS product.

We’re at your service to ensure that your system works reliably and efficiently. If necessary, our experts will provide you with professional support by phone, remote access and/or on site.
Measurements & inspections
Even before final acceptance, we test your system and its individual components to ensure your TÜV inspection runs smoothly and efficiently. Our technicians prepare the periodic inspections for your pressure vessels, accompany them through the process and carry out the dismantling and recommissioning once the inspection has been completed.
Alternatively, our team can accompany your inspection remotely — saving you the need for an on-site service visit.
Laboratory
Our goal is to maximise the service life of your APROVIS system. Regular analysis helps you prevent damage and avoid costly downtime. By analysing your measurement samples (e.g. water, urea and solids), we can take prompt action – ensuring even greater system availability.
Analysis & repair work
Your investment is at stake here – in the event of damage, every minute counts. Our goal is to minimise downtimes, reduce costs and prevent operational disruptions.
We act fast to carry out repairs and assist you with recommissioning. At the same time, we analyse your samples and advise you on how to identify and eliminate the cause.
Spare parts
We value the reliable and fast supply of original spare parts as much as you do. To ensure this, we have developed a comprehensive logistics system that delivers the required item to you in the shortest time possible.

Supply and disposal
Thanks to proactive maintenance, we usually know in advance when wear parts or components need to be replaced and coordinate this with you to help you plan ahead. Of course, we only use original parts to ensure that your system is supplied with the highest quality.
We also handle the return of wear parts, such as activated carbon and catalysts, and arrange for their reconditioning, recycling or proper disposal. Our value chain is transparent, and the systems are almost completely recyclable at the end of their life cycle.
Remote commissioning
Online commissioning allows us to put systems into operation efficiently and cost-effectively without the need for a technician to be on site. This means that travel restrictions or similar factors have no impact on our service. By accessing your system remotely, we can react quickly and reliably to technical issues and minimise downtimes.
